CUET : CUET ADMIT CARD 2024

Sep 27, 2023

CUET is the old name for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). The name was changed in 2023 to make it more inclusive and to reflect the fact that the exam is now open to all students, not just those who want to attend central universities.

The CUET is a multiple-choice-based exam that is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate programs in all central universities, state universities, deemed universities, and private universities in India.

The CUET exam is divided into three sections:

  • Section I: Language: This section is compulsory and tests the candidate’s knowledge of the language they have chosen. The language can be English or any other Indian language.
  • Section II: Domain: This section is optional and tests the candidate’s knowledge of the subjects they have chosen. Candidates can choose up to 5 subjects from a wide range of options, including business studies, economics, accountancy, entrepreneurship, mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, English, Hindi, Sanskrit, history, geography, political science, psychology, and sociology.

Section III: General Test: This section is compulsory and tests the candidate’s general knowledge, reasoning ability, and quantitative aptitude

The CUET exam is typically held in May-June each year. The results of the exam are declared in June-July.

To be eligible for the CUET exam, candidates must have passed Class 12th or an equivalent examination from a recognized board or university. There is no age limit for applying for the CUET exam.

The CUET exam is a competitive exam, and the cut-off marks for admission to different universities and programs will vary. Candidates are advised to check the cut-off marks of the universities and programs they are interested in before applying for the CUET exam.

The CUET admit card will be released online on the official website of the National Testing Agency (NTA) a few weeks before the exam date. The admit card will contain all the important details about the exam, such as the candidate’s name, roll number, exam date and time, exam center, and other important instructions.

It is important to note that the CUET admit card is a mandatory document that all candidates must carry to the exam center on the day of the exam. Without the admit card, candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam center.

Here are some tips for downloading and printing the CUET admit card:
